No. You can open and read PDF documents without creating an account. An account is required for Professional and Business plan features such as saved documents and shareable links.
The Free plan supports files up to 10 MB. The Professional plan supports files up to 200 MB, and the Business plan supports files up to 500 MB. For larger files, please contact our team to discuss options.
File transfers are encrypted with TLS 1.3. Files uploaded on the Free plan are deleted after your session ends. Professional and Business users can configure their own retention settings. We do not index or share your documents with third parties.
Yes. PDFVista is designed to work on modern mobile browsers including iOS Safari, Chrome for Android, and others. No app download is required. The interface adapts to different screen sizes.
With a Professional or Business plan, you can generate a link to share documents. Anyone with the link can view the PDF in their browser without logging in. You can configure link expiry, password protection, and download permissions.
